secure working environment.
Fickes Dorety Development is involved in
the Construction, Leasing and Management of Office/Flex/Warehouse
properties in the Northeast Tarrant County area. Our average building
is a 15,000 square foot, multi-tenant with an
average of 3,000-5,000 square feet per tenant. Our
tenant
uses range from silicon wafer manufacturing and financial services
companies, to churches and flower shops. Most tenants have 50% or
more in office space with the remainder being used for assembly or
storage.
